These Conversations Shouldn’t Be So Hard – See This Documentary for FREE

November is National Hospice Month. In honor of the occasion, Pennyroyal Hospice has purchased the DVD:

“Consider the Conversation – a documentary on a taboo subject”.

On Thursday, November 20th, at 1:30 pm, Pennyroyal Hospice, in cooperation with Cadiz United Methodist Church, invites the whole community to come and watch this important DVD at:

Cadiz United Methodist Church, 482 Lakota Drive, Cadiz, KY (located at the corner of 68/80 By-pass and Lakota Drive)

The film’s goal is to jump-start the conversation between husband and wife, doctor and patient, minister and parishioner, parent and child. This is not a story about death, it is a film about living life to its fullest up the very end.

It examines multiple perspectives on end-of-life care and includes interviews with patients, clergy, social workers, doctors, nurses and national experts from across the country. This film has been aired on PBS television network.

Consider the ConversationThe film takes about 1 hour to view. Individuals and groups are welcome. Please call Pennyroyal Hospice at 270-885-6428 or Cadiz United Methodist Church at 270-522-6237 if you plan to attend, and also let us know how many if you are bringing a group. We can accommodate at least 200 people in this facility, and we hope the room is filled.

For more information contact Paulette Anderson by calling 270-885-6428 or email to panderson@pennyroyalhospice.com.
